The texting service website is well laid out with a ‘Welcome’ video, and there are plenty of details on issues such as how to behave, what is expected of users, including an international context (outside USA). There are many good pages to click through too and the site contains a reasonably good amount of content.
Remember Snapchat is famous for its messages disappearing in 10 seconds, and according to Snapchat it means there will be no ongoing reputation issues for users to worry about. Remember that Snapchat records people who "screenshot" snaps.
Health and Safety Sections
A visitor can spend hours reading through this section. It is well written in clear language, and Snapchat deserves some credit here. Overall the section is quite good.
Summary
There are plenty of details and these appear to be of interest to their users' wellbeing, showing that Snapchat does care.
